The construction of Buleleng Airport after Benoa Toll Done
Minister of State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Dahlan Iskan responded positively to the project plan development of airports in Buleleng regency, Bali, to include a number of state-owned enterprises.
“I’ll negotiate with SOE, but let the expressway (Benoa-Ngurah Rai-Nusa Dua) finished first,” he said after releasing the participants relaxed and happy cycling in toll Benoa-Ngurah Rai-Nusa Dua.
According to him, the plan will be carried out after two prestigious projects, the toll in the sea waters connecting Benoa-Ngurah Rai-Nusa Dua and Ngurah Rai Airport expansion is completed and inaugurated by President Yudhoyono before the APEC summit held in Bali, October.
Related Bali Provincial Government desire that the new airport in Buleleng regency was undertaken and managed by the government and state-owned enterprises, Dahlan responded positively. “Yeah, probably,” he said.
Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika previously had held talks with Dahlan Iskan related patterns of development financing by a consortium of state-owned airports.
He stated that the new airport development model as well as the construction of roads in the waters along the 12 kilometers which is done through a consortium of state-owned enterprises.
“The model is like a public private partnership. Government if the public, the private and the private sector can include SOE. Thing I want as the state-owned consortium over the waters,” said Pastika.
The location of the two airports in the region and Kubutambahan Gerokgak the results will be discussed again at a meeting with the Ministry of Transportation on July 9.
